Processes & Optimization of processes


We are in a position to analyse, revise and improve all business management processes (including production-related ones). «Improving» does not necessarily mean cheaper, but rather «optimised». For us achieving the optimum within a process is the sustainably best result.


«Optimum» means that the best possible result is achieved on the basis of existing resources (employees, infrastructure, material, etc.). Naturally, however, analysis may also show that investment is required.


Where this is the case, we  will undertake to put together a proposal for the desired investment, discuss it with the decision-makers, obtain offers, draw up a range of variants, and present these to the company management, owners or Advisory Board.

Coaching


We know the markets and the needs and therefore the necessary career planning. Our customer can expect experience in all C-levels and management levels in general. We coach managers and employees even though they suffer from various weaknesses such as missing leading skills, unsufficient selfreflexion ability and more).

Recruitment

We recruit managers and employees for third parties. This kind of recruitment may be part of an individual project, or a stand-alone assignment. Naturally, the practical implementation of any restructuring (reorganisation) or development of a strategy calls for the right employees. Thus in connection with this kind of structuring phase, we endeavour to source and acquire the right employees. We combine many years of experience in coaching and employment recruitment. We recruit managers and employees (on a retainer basis) from job offer to conclusion of the individual contract of employment.
